Add to my Calendar 13-06-2021 15:00 13-06-2021 17:00 36 First Orchestral concert in Nottingham 2021 Nottingham Philharmonic Orchestra will be performing Brahms' violin concerto with Callum Smart and Tchaikovsky's Overture Romeo and Juliet, as well as music by Beethoven, Mendelssohn and Weber. A socially-distanced audience will be treated to wonderful melodies and exciting rhythms, with an opportunity to hear the full range of orchestral instruments. We have a superb violin soloist in the Brahms, and also a skilled bassoon player Nicolò Biemmi playing the Weber concerto. Refreshments will be available. Nottingham Philharmonic Orchestra will be performing Brahms' violin concerto with Callum Smart and Tchaikovsky's Overture Romeo and Juliet, as well as music by Beethoven, Mendelssohn and Weber.
