Programme Note

Teddington Choral Society and his Musical Director, Julian Collings, are delighted  to announce their next performance on July 13th :

 « The Story of Opera-from Baroque to Rock »

This will be a marvelous evening comprising pieces from a wide palette of musical composers such as VerdiMozartA. SullivanMascagniAndrew Lloyd WebberPurcell and more.

TCS will be telling and singing the history of opera introducing the audience to Opera spanning 400 years.

The choir will be accompanied by Phil Culling on the piano and will be joined by two professional singers, Soprano Miranda Heldt and Tenor Daniel Joy, and a jazz trio will be also featured in the second half of the programme.

Come and join us on this amazing journey through the history of Opera!
