Programme Note

CSO's November Concert at All Saints Wokingham features a flute concerto - fabulous, flamboyant and French! - by Jacques Ibert with soloist Camille Curtis, as well as Malcolm Arnold's English Dances, Tchaikovsky’s sparkling Capriccio Italien and English composer Arthur Bliss’s A Colour Symphony - inspired by the meaning of purple, red, blue and green as symbolised in heraldry.
