We have now reached the semi-finals of this year's competition and the contestants have been whittled down to eight. Watch the pianists battle it out head-to-head for this coveted prize. Each student will play a Prelude by Doreen Carwithen. Other individual chosen repertoire pieces will include include works by Chopin, Liszt, Beethoven and Ginastera. Adjudicator will be pianist Hilary Suckling If you would like to spend a Sunday afternoon listening to beautiful classical piano music whilst supporting Leeds upcoming piano talent, why not come along.
