For the ninth year, we welcome back the Leeds Conservatoire students to compete for £500 and their own solo, prizewinning recital at Seven Arts, Chapel Allerton. We have now reached the finals of this year's competition and the contestants have been whittled down to four. Watch the pianists navigate the challenges of their chosen repertoire as they battle head-to-head to win this coveted prize.
Each student will play for 30 minutes. Individual chosen repertoire pieces will include include works by Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Schumann and York Bowen.
Adjudicator will be James Kirby from The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

If you would like to spend a Sunday afternoon listening to beautiful classical piano music in an intimate setting whilst supporting Leeds upcoming piano talent, why not come along.
This event is free and open to all.

Event Venue: Besbrode Pianos Steinway Showroom (1st Floor main showroom behind the piano shop). Stair access only.
Free Parking: Available behind our piano shop. Turn onto Braithwaite Street and take an immediate left into the yard. Look for signage.
Free Entry: Entrance into this event is free. There is no need to book. You can simply show upon the day.
