We start with Tchaikovsky’s Fantasy Overture followed by a selection of pieces from Prokofiev’s ballet, including the instantly-recognisable Dance of the Knights (known as the theme tune for the TV series the Apprentice) and finish with the spectacular Symphonic Dances from Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story.
