Programme Note

Chester Philharmonic's final Cathedral concert is a selection of film music including special compositions for the silver screen along with music from the classical repertoir. This evening sees a welcome return as conductor of the orchestra's own Daniel Parkinson, a recent graduate in conducing from the Royal Northern College of Music, a former member of the Chester Phil's string section since his youth.
