Starting with Purcell / Britten's Music for a While, you will also hear Britten's Hymn to St Cecilia and Vaughan Williams' Serenade to Music, pieces dedicated to the power of music which we all welcome back into our lives. Don't miss TWO premieres: From Harmony, from Heavenly Harmony" a stunning new piece by our current conductor Keith Orrell; and Envoi the last piece by our first conductor the late, legendary Stephen Wilkinson.
