Peter Cigleris, a clarinettist with a growing reputation for his work uncovering British rarities, joins our Artistic Director Simon Callaghan for the soaring Clarinet Sonata, before the Piatti Quartet turn to Tchaikovsky’s youthful, melody-laden First Quartet to close a concert that pairs discovery with deep romantic warmth.
