Starting with the creation of earth with Milhaud’s La Creation du Monde, the concert will leap across continents and musical history with music from Martinu and Wagner, before finishing firmly on American soil with the stirring and instantly recognisable Appalachian Spring. Played by Sinfonia Viva, a Grammy nominated Orchestra and conducted by Sinfonia Viva’s Principal Conductor Duncan Ward, this concert is sure to live long in the memory.
