Programme Note

Buckinghamshire based chamber choir, the Witchert Chorale, directed by David Quinn, presents a concert of music by composers Crossing Continents in the glorious French Gothic chapel of Exeter College, Oxford. Music by the Benedictine abbess and polymath Hildegard mingles with that of English Renaissance master William Byrd, and with contemporary composers Arvo Part and Ola Gjeilo, and there is much else besides.

Proceeds in aid of the Disaster Emergency Committee’s Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal.
