Experience the exhilarating power of Haydn’s "Nelson" Mass, a vibrant and triumphant choral work composed in 1798. Officially titled Missa in Angustiis (Mass for Troubled Times), the piece earned its popular nickname after Admiral Nelson’s victory at the Battle of the Nile, which coincided with its early performances. The music is grand, dramatic, and full of energy, perfectly capturing the spirit of celebration and hope.

3. Afternoon Concert Performance: Following a day of rehearsals, we’ll come together for a thrilling performance of the "Nelson" Mass, accompanied by talented musicians.
This informal concert will be open to family and friends free of charge, allowing them to share in the result of our hard work and dedication.
