Programme Note

This concert features Arrival of the Queen of Sheba by Handel, and many popular Anthems including I was Glad by Parry.

Highlights are Flor Peeters' tuneful Concerto for Organ & Piano, where the soloists are Rufus Frowde, organ and Matthew Woodward, piano. 

Also the choir will sing Herbert Howells'  A Hymn for St. Cecilia, a setting of the text by poet and writer Ursula Vaughan Williams, the second wife of composer Ralph Vaughan Williams.
