A concert of luminous beauty and sweeping romance, 'Transcendent' brings together two stunning works performed by a full size, stunning, symphony orchestra.
Strauss' Four Last Songs are: 1, Frühling (Spring); 2, September 3; Beim Schlafengehen (When Falling Asleep); 4, Im Abendrot (At Sunset).
You'll experience the passionate glow of Strauss’s final masterpiece, and the vast, sun‑drenched landscapes of Bruckner’s Romantic imagination in the 4th Symphony in E flat major. The nickname of Romantic was used by Bruckner.
