To mark this outstanding achievement we're performing, at his request, J S Bach's Christmas Oratorio in Lichfield Cathedral. It will be good to see again our orchestral friends, The Musical and Amicable Society, with Thamas Hobbs, Evangelist, and James Laing, Daniel Auchincloss, and Ashley Riches, and to extend a warm welcome to Sofia Larsson, making her début appearance with the Birmingham Bach Choir. With such a stellar cast of conductor, soloists and orchestra, not to mention the choir, all in the beautiful Lichfield Cathedral, you must surely agree that this will be a concert you won't want to miss! .
