Pegasus Trio

Programme Note

“Such was the professionalism, audience connection and humour, it was impossible to know what emotion I would feel next – deeply moved, blown away, laughter.”

The Pegasus Trio is a new ensemble formed by three professional musicians living in the Exeter region. Trained at top European conservatoires, the trio share extensive performing experience, both in the concert hall and at high-end events. The combination of voice, piano and violin gives a unique opportunity to explore and arrange a wealth of repertoire, whilst the sounds of voice and violin complement each other beautifully.

The trio is has just completed a first series of recitals which included music for violin and piano, operatic arias, solo piano music and some wonderful pieces for violin, voice and piano.

This programme features music with a seasonal theme.

Tickets £15/£10 concessions including refreshments available from Exeter Phoenix Box Office
