Programme Note
Art and music afternoon in Central London. Spanish and Latin inspired concert in the picturesque October Gallery accompanied by a free art exhibition. Duo Fabulae brings a vibrant programme of popular songs and dance music for viola and piano from Spain and Argentina. This concert offers a passionate account of two cultures full of rhythm and flair.
Music by Alberto Ginastera, Astor Piazzolla, Carlos Gustavino, Enrique Granados, Manuel de Falla, Matilde Salvador and Xavier Monsalvatge. This concert will also feature Whispered Lullaby by Dobrinka Tabakova.
Note! This concert is divided into two parts without an actual interval. Total duration of the performance will be of about 50 minutes.
