Programme Note

An unusual twist on the music of Ligeti and Bach provide the delicious fare for the third in the Lunchtime Bites series. The set ends with a poem read by Nalougo from Write to Life, Freedom from Torture’s creative writing group.

Filmed at Salvation Army Hall Chalk Farm during NW Live Art's Belonging concert, over the course of 5 weeks they offer you a fantastic melee of different types of music interlaced with poetry readings from Freedom from Torture's Write to Life group, all exploring the meaning of 'belonging'.

The Lunchtime Bites concerts are free and will be premiered via NW Live Arts YouTube channel each week and then available to watch at your convenience.
