This moving piece was performed at President Obama’s Inauguration Day prayer service in 2013.     Salford Choral Music Director Tom Newall said: “Following the choir’s triumphant performance of Brahms Requiem, we’ve taken a completely different direction for our summer concert.   “This is a fast-paced, modern programme that will put a spring in your step and a smile on your face.  It’s perfect for someone who is new to choral music.   “The choir is really enjoying rehearsing these beautiful pieces and we can’t wait to share them with you!”    Peel Hall - University of Salford, Salford DD/MM/YYYY
