Programme Note

Join The Tango Siempre septet for a retrospective of the ensemble's 20 years of repertoire and a showcase of new directions for tango music.

The Tango Siempre septet recreates the intense and passionate sound of the great Argentinian orchestras of tango’s golden age and the ensembles for which Piazzolla wrote some of his greatest works.

Soprano Ann Liebeck performs some of the Argentine composer's most emotional ballads and arias.
