Nigel Kennedy takes the audience on a musical exploration of some of his favourite works. Starting subtly with music by Bach that has been his constant inspiration and musical companion, arranged for his quartet and seamlessly intertwined with some of Kennedy’s own very melodic compositions. The show builds momentum in the second half with some of the well known and loved cinematic compositions by Krzysztof Komeda and Ruichi Sakamoto, the evening is reminiscent of old world charm yet brings the audience a glimpse into a new and unchartered musical landscape unique to Nigel Kennedy. All in the beautiful setting of the Regal Evesham Cinema, creating a truly enchanted evening where arts meet and inspire.
