Nastasya showcases an eclectic selection of pieces from Haydn, Harrison, Tchaikovsky and Scriabin and will play on the Steinway Model D on loan from Leeds Town Hall. Growing up in Indonesia in a musical family with a love of Western Classical music, provided the perfect springboard for Nastasya Sumantho, aged 18, to move to the UK to pursue her calling to become a professional pianist. Four years later, through a steadfast vision, she is the recipient of a distinction in her Masters of Arts degree in piano performance from All Steinway School, The Leeds Conservatoire, having studied under Eleanor Hodgkinson.
