Tonight, they perform a programme devoted entirely to the songs of Johannes Brahms, whose gift for melody and keen literary empathy kept song at the forefront of his creativity throughout his long and celebrated career. At the start of this evening's concert, and almost all evenings in the first week of the Festival, one of our eight exceptional Young Artist Programme duos will give a 15-minute showcase performance.
