Aeneas Ensemble

Programme Note

The AENEAS Ensemble London presents a variety of works for violins and piano in different combinations.

The programme commemorates the death anniversaries of Giuseppe Tartini (1770 death - 250 years) and Max Bruch (1920 death - 100 years) and celebrates the birth anniversary of Johann Sebastian Bach (1750 birth - 270 years). 

The AENEAS Ensemble was founded in London in 2018. Its members are Julia Dräger (violin) and Jon Booth (piano and organ), instrumental teachers based in Richmond-upon-Thames, and Sylvia Eisermann (violin), who is a member of the Bavarian State Orchestra.
