Programme Note

Come and sing Sir Edward Elgar’s much-loved choral work, Dream of Gerontius in his home City of Worcester, hosted by the Friends of Worcester Three Choirs Festival. Led by celebrated singer, conductor and radio presenter Brian Kay and accompanied by Christopher Allsop, you’ll have the chance to experience one of the composer’s most dramatic and popular works, alongside other amateur singers.

The ticket price includes music hire, plus free tea and coffee on arrival and during break times. You’ll also be able to purchase delicious homemade cake, with profits going to the church. Either bring your own packed lunch, or visit one of the many eateries within easy walking distance of our venue.
