Support is offered from diagnosis through treatment and, should a family become bereaved, they continue to support them for as long as needed. They help family members cope with the present and prepare them for the future. Journalist and broadcaster John Sergeant and MP Steve Pound will be amongst those doing readings at the concert and there will be lots of well-loved carols with wine and mince pies afterwards.  Come along to suppoirt this worthwhile cause and get in the Christmas mood!
