Programme Note

The Nonesuch Orchestra returns to St John’s Church in Harrow on 4th December for our much-anticipated annual winter concert. For this year’s unmissable performance we are joined by acclaimed young tenor Harry Gant, from King’s College Cambridge, for Finzi’s beautiful and uplifting cantata Dies Natalis.

Also on the programme: Kenneth Leighton’s lyrical and engaging Symphony for Strings. And at the suggestion of a regular attendee at our Harrow concerts - Corelli’s much-loved Christmas Concerto.

Admission is free, with a retiring collection to help cover expenses. Light refreshments will be served from 11.45 am.

We very much hope you will join us for what promises to be a hugely enjoyable event!
