There will be rare possibility to hear "The Soldier Puppet"*, an anti-Vietnam war solo cello piece by American Jazz Cellist and Composer Fred Katz (1919 - 2013) and his "Granadios"*. *Leytonstone premiere "Fred’s work with the Chico Hamilton Quintet in the 1950's brought him particular attention, as did his writing and appearance in the award winning Tony Curtis and Burt Lancaster movie, Sweet Smell of Success and his film scores for many of the Roger Corman movies such as The Little Shop of Horrors."
