Programme Note
Joshua Hugo von Bohlen described as 'an elegant and interesting performer' by Remus Azoitei, professor at the Royal Academy of Music. He has performed at venues in the UK and across Europe such as St John's Smith Square, St. James's Theatre and Musikverin in Vienna. Whilst leading orchestras in Surrey and London he holds teaching posts in Surrey, Kingston and the City of London School and remains a regular solo performer.
Tonight he will be playing the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto. This Concerto he describes as absolutely exciting and demanding for the performer.
