The day will be led by conductor Neil Ferris, Musical Director of the BBC Symphony Chorus, and we are delighted that the composer himself will also be on hand to give insight into his works. The day will include movements from The Passing of the Year and the Missa Brevis, as well as his beautiful Seek him that maketh the seven stars and In beauty may I walk. All music will be provided on the day. It’s a great opportunity for singers and for choral leaders to explore new repertoire and have the chance to discuss it first hand with the composer.to meet one of the UK’s top composers and sing his music, led by one of our top choral conductors.
