An evening exploring the variety of ways Christmas has been expressed in choral music, from the sixteenth century to the present day, via Russia, Italy and Cornwall. The first half presents contemporary and sixteenth century settings of familiar texts, culminating in Bach's dance around the Christmas tree, Der Geist hilft.
Indulge yourself in an uplifting and heart-warming Christmas feast for the ears as The Handful get the season’s festivities well underway.
