Programme Note

A truly luscious song recital, redolent with the fruitfulness and sweet decay of summer's fading into autumn. Soprano, Arlene Rolph, and pianist, Johan de Cock, bring us a gorgeously rich programme of songs by Händel, Berlioz, Strauss, Mompou, Britten and Cole Porter. The recital is at 6pm on Saturday, 11 November, with refreshments afterwards. Entrance is free, with a retiring collection in aid of the church's newly-aquired Bechstein piano.
