The Addison Singers concert on November 26th will see their last performance under David Wordsworth, who has been Music Director of the organisation for over 26 years.

Alongside The Haydn Nelson mass and Judith Weir's O Sweet, Spontaneous Earth, we shall be performing music by Gavin Bryars, Bob Chilcott, Cecilia McDowall, Howard Skempton and Howard Goodall, composers that have been associated with the Addison choirs for many years. The choirs Assistant Music Director Matthew Hough will be the soloist in Finzi’s beautiful ‘Eclogue’ for piano & strings, and to end the evening, four young soloists, and the Brandenburg Sinfonia, join both the Oratorio and Chamber Choirs for Haydn’s uplifting ‘Nelson Mass’.
