Programme Note
Whitehall Choir’s popular Christmas concert brings together beautiful carols, readings and audience favourites to get us all in the mood for the festive season.
This year the choir will perform two movements from Handel's Messiah as well as a stunning arrangement of the Coventry Carol by American composer B.E. Boykin. Christmas is complete with two popular John Rutter carols - Nativity Carol and Here we Come a Wassailing. And we're delighted to include a gorgeous setting of The Holly and the Ivy by Betty Roe.
We look forward to hearing the audience singing favourite carols and to joining you for refreshments at the end of the concert.
