Programme Note
A choral concert with a difference!
Inkberrow, the model for the Archers’ famous village of Ambridge, welcomes the Elgar Chorale of Worcester in July and it will be the ideal way to celebrate a (hopefully) warm and balmy summer evening. The Chorale will present a programme of popular pieces (think Classic FM) by composers including Brahms, Mendelssohn, Handel and Fauré and an opportunity for the audience to join in and sing along to pieces ranging from Jerusalem to a medley from Oklahoma!
St Peter’s Church, Inkberrow is a lovely space and the concert starts at 7pm on Saturday July 6thto take full advantage of the evening sun and to enjoy a glass of summer punch together. Tickets are priced at £12.50 (students and U18’s free) available from Tudor House, Inkberrow, Worcestershire WR7 4EA (mob. 07732 661 500) or from www.elgarchorale.com
