Programme Note

Based in Chiswick, The Hogarth Singers evolved from a choir set up by IBM called the Meistersingers in the early 1980s. Membership is around 60 people and we sing a wide range of choral music, both sacred and secular, performing music from the renaissance to the present day. We have built a good reputation for presenting high quality performances in a friendly atmosphere and often perform with professional soloists and instrumentalists. We sing four concerts each year including our carol concert where we partner with local schools, and also organise additional projects which have included singing choral evensong within prestigious London venues, touring abroad and popular ‘Come and Sing’ events.
