One of Lancashire’s leading chamber choirs, Blackburn Chamber Choir, based at Blackburn Cathedral, is performing musical settings of some of Hopkins’ well-loved poems alongside readings of his works and other linked pieces. The concert includes the rarely performed setting of 7 poems by Britten 'Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam' and the Uk premiere of 'As Kingfishers Catch Fire' by Philip Moore.
