Programme Note

Join Musicke in the Ayre in the atmospheric Chapel in the historic Charterhouse to kick off the festive season with a programme of period songs sung to the lute. Sophia Brumfitt and DIn Ghani have curated a contrasting collection of English songs from the 16/17th centuries - some familiar, some quite unusual - that were written for this magical time of year.
