Programme Note

The orchestra is looking forward to bringing light entertainment to a dark January evening. This accessible event presents a selection of popular classics, including a Viennese polka, a French march, a couple of English suites and music from the movies. (Please note, the whole programme is not listed here.)

Special guests will be Darlington SING Community Choir performing two sets. The group is led by musical director Bridie Jackson, a renowned soloist and composer, and performs a wide variety of musical genres, predominantly in four-part acapella harmony.
