The programme also includes the overture from Mozart’s Marriage of Figaro, Haydn’s Symphony no 101, subtitled ‘The Clock’, and the final two sections of Aaron Copland’s Rodeo, Saturday Night Waltz and Hoedown. The Northern Chamber Orchestra is the North West’s oldest professional chamber orchestra, and has worked with Matthew Sharp for several years as its Associate Artist. In the days leading up to the concert, Sharp will work with local schools on an education project based on the Dvořák concerto. The Forum Theatre, Stockport DD/MM/YYYY
