Programme Note
Christmas with Southern Voices
Every Christmas, Southern Voices look forward to their annual, Christmas Concert in the Chapel of St Cross, Winchester. If forms the centre of the choir’s year and this year it falls on Saturday 16th December at 7.30pm.
As always, the choir will sing carols old and new and present a wonderful package of Christmas delights including: Jamie W. Hall’s new carol O nata lux*; O magnum mysterium (Victoria); Three Carol-Anthems (Howells) and, of course, it wouldn’t be Christmas without John Rutter!
(*There will be a retiring collection for #ChoirsAgainstCancer in support of MacMillan Cancer Support connected with the performance of this very special carol).
