Dedicated to his wife, Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen, it showcases the Danish composer’s distinctive voice and introduces several hallmarks of his style. The concert will also include Beethoven’s Symphony No 6 – affectionately known as the ‘Pastoral Symphony’.
