Programme Note

The Middlewich Concert Orchestra presents an evening of music by Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy.

Japanese violinist, Momoko Arima, is currently in the third year of her undergraduate studies at the Royal Academy of Music, where she studies the violin under the acclaimed violinist and tutor, Professor Rodney Friend, MBE.

She is the recipient of many music awards and has performed in more than ten countries, including a solo performance in Carnegie Hall in New York City.

Momoko plays on a Jean-Baptiste Vuillaume violin, made in 1864.
