Winchester Music Club is very pleased to be able to present the opportunity to sing Duruflé: Requiem in the beautiful Winchester College Chapel under the direction one of the world’s leading church musicians. The event will be led by Malcolm Archer who is Director of Chapel Music at Winchester College and is much in demand as a choir trainer as well as a choral and orchestral conductor. He is also a composer of many published works, an international organ recitalist and Musical Director of the Jean Langlais Festival in France.
Our soloists will be a Quirister from Winchester College Chapel Choir and Edmund Saddington who was a lay clerk in Winchester Cathedral Choir from 2010 to 2015 and is now a permanent member of the choir of the Chapels Royal, HM Tower of London.
