Choral workshops and concert supper

A active day for choral singers of all levels

Add to my Calendar 12-03-2016 09:00 12-03-2016 11:00 36 Choral workshops and concert supper Join us for a rare opportunity to take part in a day-long UK-based Zêzerearts Choral workshop with all the usual hallmarks of a Zêzerearts production: great choral music in a convivial atmosphere, the chance to make new friends and connections while visiting wonderful places and enjoying the highest standards of music making. Under the leadership of fantastic musical directors, we will sing music we all know and love along with some less familiar choral gems, presenting a whirlwind tour of the choral canon in the evening to a combined audience of your friends in attendance and local concert goers. The concert will be followed by a locally-sourced, organic supper, which is included in your workshop ticket. Depending on what you are looking for from the workshop, you can choose to be a part of either: The symphonic chorus: if you’re looking for a relaxed but active day’s singing, with repertoire we hope you’ll already be familiar with and have enjoyed singing before An advanced choir: if you’re looking for more of a musical challenge, with lesser-known but readable repertoire – some preparation may be required in advance. This group is ideally aimed at experienced amateur choristers, conductors, student conductors and professional or student singers. The day will take place in the peaceful surroundings of Busses Farm in East Grinstead, home to a stunning barn venue – Yoghurt Rooms – where we will rehearse and perform.
