Add to my Calendar 09-05-2026 19:30 09-05-2026 21:30 36 Now May We Singen Brought together by their love, partnership and patronage of one the world’s most celebrated contemporary composers, this very special concert will celebrate the breadth and brilliance of Cecilia McDowall in her 75th birthday year. With performances of commissions, a unique collaboration between choirs and a rare chance to hear hidden gems from McDowall’s choral world, this performance promises to enrich and enlighten. London Oriana Choir, conducted by Dominic Ellis-Peckham, is joined by guest choirs Addison Singers Chamber Choir, Vox Anima Chamber Choir and City Chamber Choir, and soloists Matthew Hough (piano) and Fenella Humphreys (violin). There will be a retiring collection for The Pembroke Academy of Music (PAM), a music education project for young people aged 7-14 years who experience socio-economic disadvantage. Based in Walworth in South London, PAM includes instrument tuition, musicianship, composition, ensemble work, performance opportunities, exam preparation and much more.
