The Comalli Consort, established early 2018, is an up and coming Historical Performance Ensemble focusing on music of the Renaissance Period. The ensemble is comprised of award-winning students from the Royal Academy of Music. They are mentored by both the Brighton Early Music Festival and the Wigmore Hall. They are a wonderfully talented young group, with outstanding individual musicians. The concert itself focuses on the representation of women in different forms in Renaissance Europe, with music by John Dowland, Josquin des Prez and others. This will be a fascinating programme, performed by some of the most talented young musicians in London! This concert is free entry, but run on a Pay What You Want donation scheme.
