Their 2017 CD - with the tenor, Mark Padmore, and pianist, Charles Owen - of music by Jonathan Dove was named one of Gramophone magazine's recordings of the year. They will be playing three string quartet masterpieces for us, including Mendelssohn's extraordinary first published quartet, written when the composer was still a teenager.
