He has worked with several of today's leading conductors including Valery Gergiev, Leonard Slatkin and Kirill Karabits, and his 2015 recording of the Grieg piano concerto was hailed by Gramophone magazine as 'truly outstanding'. He is equally distinguished as a recitalist and chamber musician. His programme for us includes Schubert's 'little' A major sonata and Rachmaninov's majestic and lyrical second sonata.
