Add to my Calendar 10-02-2017 19:30 10-02-2017 21:30 36 Ealing Youth Orchestra with Martin James Bartlett We are delighted to welcome pianist Martin James Bartlett, winner of the BBC Young Musician of the Year competition in 2014 at the age of 17. That same year he made his debut at the BBC Proms, playing Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue. Tonight he joins the Ealing Youth Orchestra under their conductor Leon Gee in a performance of Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No.1. Mahler's Symphony No.1 (Titan) makes up the second half of the concert. Members of the English Chamber Orchestra will be mentoring the Ealing Youth Orchestra during their final rehearsals and performing alongside them in the concert.
